This Privacy Policy explains how Alpaca Labs ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with all of our mobile games and applications (each an "App", and together the "Apps"). This single policy applies to every game and app we publish, including Money Clicker Simulator and any future titles we release on Google Play and the App Store. By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described below.
Not every feature described in this policy is present in every App. A given feature (such as the online leaderboard, the waitlist, or advertising) applies only to the Apps that actually include it. Where a section is relevant only to certain Apps, it applies to those Apps when and where the feature is available.
We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. The App itself does not require you to create an account and does not ask you for your name, email, or contacts.
This section applies to Apps that include an online leaderboard. This currently includes Money Clicker Simulator. Any future App that includes a leaderboard will be covered by this section as well.
Some of our Apps include an optional global leaderboard, shared by players on both Android and iOS. If you choose to take part by entering a nickname, the App stores and displays the following on a shared online database:
This data is processed and stored using Google Firebase Realtime Database, a service provided by Google. The leaderboard is public: any nickname and score you submit is visible to other players of the App.
Participation is optional. If you do not choose a nickname, no data is sent to the leaderboard and nothing about you is stored online.
Moderation and bans. To keep the leaderboard fair, we may remove entries and block the anonymous identifier of devices that submit scores which are impossible or obtained by cheating. A blocked device will no longer be able to appear on the leaderboard.

This section applies to Apps that display ads. This currently includes Money Clicker Simulator. Any future App that displays ads will be covered by this section as well.
To keep our Apps free, some of them display advertisements through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. AdMob is the only advertising network we use. We show interstitial (full-screen) ads and rewarded ads (which you choose to watch in exchange for in-game bonuses).

Depending on consent and region, ads may be personalized (based on the advertising ID and inferred interests) or non-personalized (based only on coarse context such as the content of the App and approximate location). Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland), we use Google's consent mechanism (the User Messaging Platform / a consent banner) to ask for your choice before showing personalized ads.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).
Our website (alpacadev.tech) collects basic, anonymous visit statistics so we can understand how many people visit the site and improve it. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not sell it. For each page view we record:
We do not collect your name, email, IP address, or any data that identifies you personally, and we do not use this information for advertising or tracking you across other websites. This visit data is stored using Google Firebase Realtime Database and is accessible only to us through a private, password-protected dashboard.
No cookies. Our website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The anonymous identifier described above is stored in your browser's local storage solely to count distinct visitors for our own statistics; it is not a cookie, it is not shared, and it is not used to profile you. Because we collect only anonymous, aggregated statistics and use no tracking cookies, no cookie-consent banner is required.
You can clear the anonymous identifier at any time by clearing your browser data for this site. If you have any questions about the website statistics, contact us (see the Contact section).
Our website offers an optional waitlist. If you choose to submit your email address, we store it solely to notify you when a new game is released. Providing your email is entirely voluntary — the website works fully without it.
This data is stored using Google Firebase Realtime Database and is accessible only to us. You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time by contacting us (see the Contact section), and every announcement will let you opt out.
Our App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@alpacadev.tech and we will promptly delete it.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by the third-party service providers we use (for example, Google AdMob) solely to provide their services. These providers act in accordance with their own privacy policies. The third-party services we use are Google AdMob (advertising) and Google Firebase (online leaderboard).
Game data is stored on your device and remains until you delete the App or clear its data. Data processed by advertising providers is retained according to their respective policies.
If you take part in the online leaderboard, your nickname, scores, anonymous identifier and timestamp remain stored in our Firebase database until you ask us to remove them, or until we remove them as part of moderation. Records used to block cheating devices may be kept for as long as needed to keep the leaderboard fair.
Depending on your location (for example, under the GDPR in the European Union or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@alpacadev.tech.
We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App may be used worldwide. By using the App, you understand that information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection rules.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
